Programme overview
The ‘Setting the Standard in Pneumococcal Disease Prevention – Today & Tomorrow’ Media Academy will review current approaches against pneumococcal disease, highlight the emergence of serotypes using recent surveillance data and present results from the latest studies on next generation vaccines, including the 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate candidate vaccine.The Media Academy will be held at the 27th annual meeting of the European Society of Paediatric Infectious Diseases (ESPID)and will include presentations from internationally renowned speakers on the impact of the pneumococcal conjugate vaccine in Europe and future innovations in pneumococcal disease prevention.
By attending the media academy you will have the opportunity to:
